What was missing
A dashboard only helps the people who log in to it. Most of the people who decide on the numbers never do.
What was built
A Telegram assistant on top of AudienceScan's warehouse. You ask a question in the chat, a Claude agent turns it into BigQuery SQL and runs it inside a sandbox that only sees your own data, then answers in plain language, with suggested follow-ups and a CSV when the answer is a table. Subscribers get a daily summary of yesterday's key numbers.
